Like every white Champagnes called “Blanc de noirs” this 100% pinot cuvée is made from black grapes with white juice vinified in white. Delicacy characterizes this cuvée. Born from the assembly of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it presents a multiple aromatic panel thanks to the combination of roundness, fruitiness and controlled power.
